What to bring
Vehicle application, module type, all visible part numbers, clear connector photographs, requested work and country or state. Do not send a module until you receive written acceptance and receiving instructions.
Scope boundaries
Intake is open; service availability depends on the particular unit, test capability and applicable operating requirements. A bench-only scope excludes vehicle diagnosis, removal, installation and on-road validation. No all-make compatibility or repair guarantee is offered.
