Bring a specific unit, file or workflow. We will establish whether the work can be supported before agreeing a paid project.

A written scope before an invoice.

Budget ranges guide the initial discussion. Exact fees, deliverables, milestones, authorized data, cancellation terms and acceptance criteria come in a written agreement.

Keep the first request simple.

Include part numbers or a data format and the outcome you want. Do not include a full VIN, firmware, personal customer data or security credentials. Send hardware or files only through an agreed route after case acceptance.

The form prepares a message in your email app. You review and send it yourself. You can also download the request as a local file. Nothing is uploaded or stored by this form.
