Paid vehicle reservations are not open. This is a free expression of interest. It does not reserve a build slot, establish a purchase price or promise a delivery date.
Before a paid reservation opens
A future program would need published reservation terms, a confirmed legal seller and sales route, an approved payment provider and a funded refund process. We will state the amount, cancellation rights and exactly what the reservation provides.
Refundable deposits would be obligations to customers. They must not be presented as earned revenue or freely available money for manufacturing.
