HOW WE BUILD.
From the first sketch to the moment a key is handed to its owner — every Schubert hypercar follows four uncompromising stages.
Design
Every Schubert vehicle begins as a sketch. Our in-house design studio translates performance intent into form — each line earning its place aerodynamically and aesthetically.
Clay
Full-scale clay models are hand-sculpted to validate proportions and surface language before any tooling is cut. Physical modelling surfaces details that digital alone cannot reveal.
Prototype
Running prototypes carry production-intent powertrains, suspension geometry, and aerodynamic packages. Thousands of miles of testing refine every system before sign-off.
Production
Each car is hand-assembled by a dedicated craftsperson team. Customer vehicles are built to individual specification — no two Schubert cars are identical.
Professional facility photography is scheduled upon announcement of the Michigan headquarters. Gallery images will be placed below.
