Hypercar development program

Cyclotis

A halo hybrid hypercar study

Cyclotis is Schubert Motors USA’s halo design study: a bespoke hybrid hypercar program exploring a carbon monocoque chassis, active aero, and a torque-fill hybrid layout. Every figure below is a design target, not a certified or independently validated specification.

Concept — engineering validation ongoing
Target outputCombustion + hybrid boost
ChassisCarbon fiber monocoque study
AeroActive front splitter / rear wing
LayoutMid-engine, AWD study
  • Full carbon fiber monocoque chassis study
  • Axial-flux electric motor boost concept
  • Active aerodynamics — adjustable rear wing
  • Carbon-ceramic brake package under evaluation

Performance study

Foundry 427

An American performance study

Foundry 427 is the three-motor assisted-manual hybrid beast at the center of the Schubert performance program. It keeps the mechanical involvement of a gated manual while using electric torque where it sharpens response, traction, and repeatability. This is a development brief, not a certified production specification.

  • Hand-assembled supercharged V8 concept
  • Long-hood, short-deck carbon body study
  • Gated manual transmission, driver-forward layout
  • Titanium exhaust tuning study

Performance SUV program

Velma

A performance SUV study

Velma carries Schubert performance character onto a practical, all-weather platform. The Dev Drive body authority is still unresolved: available geometry is a styling candidate, while the owner’s red-crossover identity and final package remain open. Drivetrain and output are not frozen.

Concept — body identity owner review required
LayoutAWD, widebody study
Drivetrain pathsCombustion / hybrid / EV — under evaluation
BrakesCarbon-ceramic package under evaluation
Wheels22″ forged study, 23″ optional
  • Widebody fender study (+4″ per side)
  • Quad-outlet exhaust concept
  • Driver-selectable chassis modes under study
  • Carbon-ceramic brake package under evaluation
Schubert Motors Ember concept study

Accessible performance SUV program

Ember

A compact-to-midsize performance SUV study

Ember is conceived as an accessible entry into the Schubert design language. The Dev Drive authority notes a genuine body-class mismatch between the stated compact crossover mission and available mesh candidates, so this remains a styling/development study until the owner resolves the identity. No pricing, propulsion choice, or production timing is set.

Concept — body identity review required
SegmentCompact-to-midsize SUV study
Drivetrain pathsFWD / AWD — under evaluation
ArchitectureLightweight multi-energy study
PositioningEntry point to the Schubert range
  • Five-door everyday utility study
  • Compact footprint with usable cabin packaging
  • Lightweight architecture target
  • Shared Schubert family design language
Schubert Motors Ironside concept study

Heavy full-size utility program

Ironside

A heavy full-size luxury SUV study

Ironside treats capability, protection, and a heavy full-size SUV silhouette as one system. Reinforced-structure and heavy-duty concepts are being explored alongside an executive-grade cabin. No certification, protection rating, or production specification has been finalized.

  • Reinforced-structure concept under evaluation
  • Heavy-duty 4WD architecture study
  • Executive interior concept
  • Heavy full-size stance, luxury cabin treatment
